Partners’ Roadmap to Healing: Reclaiming Yourself and Finding Your Way Forward
Healing from betrayal can feel overwhelming, confusing, and incredibly lonely. You may find yourself struggling with difficult emotions, questioning your reality, or wondering how you will ever feel safe and trust again.
You don't have to navigate this journey alone.
I am pleased to offer Partners’ Roadmap to Healing: Reclaiming Yourself and Finding Your Way Forward, an 8-week online psychoeducational support group for women who have experienced betrayal trauma as a result of their partner's compulsive sexual behavior or sex addiction.
This group offers a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can connect with other women who understand what you're going through, gain valuable tools for healing, and begin to reclaim your sense of self.
Our 8-Week Roadmap to Healing
Week 1: Understanding Betrayal Trauma
What happened to you? Understanding betrayal trauma from a neuroscience perspective and why your mind and body respond the way they do.
Week 2: Safety, Stabilization, and Self-Care
Learning to create healthy boundaries that support your emotional and physical safety.
Week 3: Managing Triggers
Developing practical coping skills to help you self-regulate, manage triggers, and restore a sense of calm.
Week 4: Grief, Ambivalence, and Other Complex Emotions
Understanding and navigating the roller coaster of emotions that often accompanies betrayal.
Week 5: Reclaiming Yourself
Reconnecting with your values, interests, relationships, and the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way.
Week 6: Learning to Trust Yourself Again
Rebuilding confidence in your own perceptions, intuition, and ability to trust your gut.
Week 7: Coping with Challenges in the Relationship
Learning what to look for in your partner's recovery, how to recognize meaningful change, and how to hold your spouse accountable while maintaining your own boundaries.
